MANAGEMENT OF MODERN EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT

Abstract: the article discusses theoretical and methodological approaches to improving educational management institutions.
In any society, there exist the main subjects of the economy function. Institutions are one such entity. In modern society in view of the transformation of social conditions, the quality of the work of institutions changes, in particular educational institutions. The scientific discourse presents a wide range of essential characteristics of definitions such as "education," "educational institution," "management," "management of an educational institution. "
After conducting a bibliographic study, we conclude that these categories have both broad and narrow interpretations. Examples of definitions are presented in Table 1.
The management of educational institutions consists of the right choice of management goals and objectives. Primary objectives of the activities of educational institutions are advocated by production and provision of quality educational services. However, in depending on the type and sort of educational institution, its available level of quality of teachers, level educational work, etc., has other goals, and accordingly, the tasks of educational institutions.
The educational institution is managed at the basis of unity of command and self-government. These bodies operate on the basis of the legal framework, the use of certain management methods and tools.

Due to the development of modern market relations, in many sectors of the Russian Federation, including in the field of education slightly changing management approaches in management a modern educational institution. Also on data conditions have an impact on the changes in the sphere education in connection with the entry of Russia into the pan-European educational space. Thus, we conclude that management activities are complex and multiple process.
You can agree with Korchagina T.I., who claims that the modern head of an educational institution can use a variety of management techniques, such as:
1. Economic management methods that are based on social economic laws and laws of the object world.
2. Socio-psychological methods that are based on formation and development of public opinion on socially and individually significant moral values.
3. Organizational and administrative methods based on human rights and responsibilities at all levels of governance and management managements.
Currently, an effective manager uses diversity in the adoption of management practices. It should be noted that the head of the modern educational institution performs all functions, which are inherent in management: planning, organization, control, decision-making and action adjustment. You can select following groups of management decisions the head of an educational institution, even regardless of their organizational and legal framework:
A) forward-looking solutions,
B) current solutions,
C) strategic solutions.
However, the manager in management faces a lot of problems. In the modern world, the requirements for education are very complex and therefore, the main problem with the leadership of the educational institution is the shortage of young administrative specialists. So, for example, all deputy directors – teachers experienced and with great experience, traditional views on management and the whole educational process, according to the old tempering, at this stage of the development of society are not suitable. Active specialists are necessary, educated in the light of modern times, these are the best students of the pedagogical university, and they in turn don't go to work to school.
Here you need to highlight the problem of educating teachers, in university teaching staff leaves much to be desired, the same experienced teachers teach there, but it is difficult for them rebuild to a new level of teaching that corresponds to a modern picture of the world, a market economy and a new education technologies.
Another problem in school that stands out - is the absence of the stability of educational standards. From year to year, the requirements for graduates at the state level change, in connection with Introduction of the Unified State Examination. In this case the student coming to the 11th grade does not even know what exact goals are before him in the new academic year. 50% of graduates fail with the exam, but this does not mean that they are not prepared and the school is not fulfilled the state order, too “raw” preparation for the exam, insufficient thoughtfulness of the methods of introducing the state test itself.
It is necessary to finalize this issue at the state level. For the head of universities, in particular, there are problems in ensuring high-quality teaching staff, Additional Source Generation Capabilities financial resources, etc.
To eliminate negative phenomena in management, you can suggest using the following actions:
Attract extrabudgetary funds (sponsors, philanthropists, paid educational services).
Spend extrabudgetary funds on improvements logistics base of the gymnasium, updating of the existing and acquisition of new equipment, visual aids and training manuals, furniture.
To enhance the innovative culture of teachers.
Increase employee motivation.
Communicate to the team the purpose and objectives of innovation, ways realization.
It is right to organize and prepare any innovation.
Thus, we agree with the requirements of the Ministry education and science of the Russian Federation, according to which the head of any educational institution should master the foundations of management skill. This will allow them to implement effectively their management functions.
